VENDOR SPACE


One draped table, two chairs and table-top sign are supplied in an 8’ X 10’ space. (No pipe & drape)


• Attendance to the conference is not included with your vendor registration. You may add conference tickets to your registration by calling (409) 763-5326.


• Free Wi-Fi provided. Wired internet, telephone lines and electrical connections must be contracted with Moody Gardens by calling (409) 683-4416.


• Limited vendor space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Number of booths per merchandise category is


limited.

 

SCHEDULE


Vendors will exhibit in Moody Gardens Convention Center Exhibit Hall C. Attendees will be given many opportunities to visit vendors throughout the day.

 


Vendor Set Up: Thursday, Sept. 12, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or Friday, Sept. 13, 5:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m.


Vendor Hall "C" Opens: 7:30 a.m.


Attendee Check–In: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.


Conference: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Registration does not guarantee a vendor space is held until payment is made in full.  After completion, you will receive notice within 3 business days of your vendor acceptance.


 

CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.


Payment must be received in full before the day of conference or no entry will be allowed.
