The 25th Anniversary Celebration of The Grand Kids Festival will take center stage in Galveston’s historic downtown Cultural Arts District on Saturday, May 1, from 10am- 5pm. Produced by The Grand 1894 Opera House, the Festival will take place between 20th and 23rd streets.
Designed as an avenue to introduce children and their families to the arts, visitors can look forward to exciting entertainment, a variety of fun, family-friendly activities and live performances – to include both professional and student performance groups, hands-on activities for children, and a petting zoo. That’s just the beginning of all that families and their children can look forward to throughout the 3-block festival area.
