The Grand Kids Festival is to provide participatory access to the fine arts for all children through an extension of The Grand's educational outreach and children's programming, to raise an appreciation and awareness of the fine arts for children, to demonstrate the talent and ability of children in the greater Galveston/Houston area, and to create a visible, broad-based event which adheres to The Grand's mission
