BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR)

As our Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a vital role in growing our Galveston County business by developing new clients through numerous lead generation strategies. Using our time-proven ActionCOACH 13-Step Marketing System, you will:

  • develop leads,

  • build rapport with prospective clients,

  • invite prospective clients to attend our workshops and seminars,

  • schedule and perform business diagnostics,

  • inform and educate clients on our various programs,

  • develop strategic alliances with area businesses,

  • maintain our CRM client database, and

  • attend internal and external business-related meetings and events.


This position is 100% commission-based, and as an independent contractor you will manage your time and activities to meet assigned targets and goals; your compensation will be directly determined by your level of success. You will be provided with a unique ActionCOACH email address to be used for business purposes and will have access to our huge marketing knowledge base.



You will be expected to provide our current and future business clients with an awesome impression of ActionCOACH by providing the highest level of service and support. You will be highly encouraged to provide open and honest feedback and communication regarding improvements, enhancements, suggested changes or other ways to continuously improve your position and how we do business. You will be an active member of the ActionCOACH of Galveston team and will be expected to work well with other team members and be compatible with our company culture.
