Hours: 40 hours; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 P.M.
Duties:
Customer Services Representative
- Answer phones
- Greet customers
- Provide counter support for customers
- Ring up purchases on cash register
- Code all sales correctly
- Assist with supply inventory
- Assist with supply purchases
Sales Support
- Support sales plan of Business Development Manger
- Customer delivery assistance as needed
- Make follow up phone calls to customers and prospects
- Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, serve as a goodwill ambassador by making drop-in visits to customers, prospects, and possible networking events.
Social Media Marketing
- Problem solve and find resolution for Speedy’s social media sites
- Work with Business Development Manager and Special Projects for Artwin Group to design and provide an effective social marketing campaign, including Constant Contact distribution
- Serve on the Social Media Task Force for the Artwin Group
Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms
- Graphic design capabilities
- Constant Contact capabilities
- Math skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Bilingual preferred
