Hours: 40 hours; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 P.M.

Duties:

Customer Services Representative

  • Answer phones
  • Greet customers
  • Provide counter support for customers
  • Ring up purchases on cash register
  • Code all sales correctly
  • Assist with supply inventory
  • Assist with supply purchases


Sales Support

  • Support sales plan of Business Development Manger
  • Customer delivery assistance as needed
  • Make follow up phone calls to customers and prospects
  • Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, serve as a goodwill ambassador by making drop-in visits to customers, prospects, and possible networking events.


Social Media Marketing

  • Problem solve and find resolution for Speedy’s social media sites
  • Work with Business Development Manager and Special Projects for Artwin Group to design and provide an effective social marketing campaign, including Constant Contact distribution
  • Serve on the Social Media Task Force for the Artwin Group


Requirements

  • Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms
  • Graphic design capabilities
  • Constant Contact capabilities
  • Math skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Bilingual preferred
