Calling All Leadership Galveston Graduates! We’re offering something new.

The Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of the Galveston Chamber Toastmasters Chapter, for Chamber members.

To get chartered, the chapter needs at least 20 members.

Toastmasters International offers a proven framework for building skills in:

  • Public speaking
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Leadership development
  • Self-confidence

Members participate in prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, constructive evaluations, and mentorship. The program’s online learning platform, Pathways, provides tailored projects to support individual goals and growth.

Meetings will be held at the Galveston Chamber office. The group will begin with monthly sessions, with the option to meet more frequently as membership grows.

Membership Details:

  • Open to current Galveston Regional Chamber members
  • Toastmasters’ International new member fee: $25
  • Toastmasters’ six-month membership and chapter dues: $72 (includes $60 for Toastmasters membership and $12 for chapter dues)
