The annual conference will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the Moody Gardens Convention Center.
GALVESTON, TX – September 29, 2021 – Fall is here which means Christmas is near so now’s the time to start shopping for the holidays! The Galveston Women’s Conference is home to one of the largest marketplaces on the island.
The Shop the Market vendor expo – a highlight of the conference every year – has over 20,000 sf of space filled with booths featuring fashion, health and beauty products, jewelry, spa services, home accents and more. The Market also has vendor drawings, free giveaways throughout the day and is open to the public for a $5 entry fee.
Back again this year is the Kendra Scott pull where attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket to draw a random box of jewelry designed by the self-made entrepreneur. Boxes are valued at $65 and above.
Oscar-nominated actress, author and healthy-lifestyle advocate Mariel Hemingway will headline as the keynote speaker, and the president and chief growth officer at Splunk Inc., Teresa Carlson, will serve as an honorary speaker for the 14th Annual Galveston Women’s Conference, which is expected to attract more than 500 attendees.
The Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce, the oldest chamber of commerce in Texas established in 1845, will host this event on October 28, 2021, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Moody Gardens Convention Center on Galveston Island.
