SCHEDULE
Vendors will exhibit in Moody Gardens Convention Center Exhibit Hall C. Attendees will be given many opportunities to visit vendors throughout the day.
Vendor Set Up: Wednesday, Oct. 27 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
or Thursday, Oct. 28 5:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m.
Vendor Hall Opens: 7:30 a.m.
Attendee Check–In: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Conference: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
One draped table, two chairs and table-top sign are supplied in an 8’ X 10’ space. (No pipe & drape)
- Attendance to the conference is not included with your vendor registration. You may add conference tickets to your registration on the back of this form.
- Free Wi-Fi provided. Wired internet, telephone lines and electrical connections must be contracted with Moody Gardens by calling (409) 683-4416.
- Limited vendor space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Number of booths per merchandise category is limited.
